DuQuoin Mile crate race!

Personally I think it's interesting when people post the PM's they recieve. People are a lot more revealing when they think they are in private or when they think the conversation is just between them and the other party. Although this PM does not say alot, it does go against character. Which may or may not change some peoples minds of how things might have really happened that day.

It was mentioned earlier that Nick lost because he went to jail, who won? I mean Britton got beat up (by who is questionable according to this thread) and Nick went to jail (and was bailed out shortly after) so I dont really see a winner, both recieved something out of it...:confused:

It probably is crate pilot playing his games and we all know
who he is, but he's not man enough to admit to it.


For your info none of the Lyons crew got a scratch out of the deal.

Oh, you're some kind of expert on media law now, are you? If you knew anything at all, you would know that "publishing" (and posting on the net is considered electronic publishing, but you're the expert so you already know that, right?) emails, private messages, any correspondence at all is not permissible without the authors consent.

Ok can't sit back and not say anything....I will preface what I say by saying that I was not in attendance at sunday's race unfortunatly.

First off....Terri, I don't know if you remember but I was on the internet last winter supporting you and the whole lyons' battle to get the $10,000 CARS check and trophy. I still think its a bumb deal you never got it and never will because Nick drove 1 hell of a season.

Second off.... I will also say that the britton kid has gotten into incendents off the track. BUT I am not condoning what anyone did. Truth of it is based of what was said on here, NICK was the one that went to Bobby's pits to discuss the matter. Whether it was Bobby's fault on the track is here nor there. It was NICK who went into his pits therefore he started it whether he threw the first punch or britton or melvin or whoever threw the first punch. This is not the first time I have seen nick get pissed after a race. I recall a race at the vern where he wreck everyone in site to get from his near last starting spot to the front and when he got in the top 5 he drove in to hard under someone(I will not name), hit them, and then hit a tire and ripped his nose off. He went back to the pits and I watched this grown man sprint through the pits to go and find who he thaught was at fault. This is not the only incendent anyone has seen I'm sure.

If you want to throw all this court stuff into play try this one on for size... All of the times nick has thrown a baby fit over something and ran to someone elses pits to "discuss" the incendent shows a pattern for this all being his fault. ESPECIALLY since he went to Melvins pit and not the other way around.

I said all that to say this.... Nick is a good driver, with a short fuse. If nick would have done what Bobby supposedly did on the track would it be exusable????:confused: I think you and him both would have said "thats racin". I have seen Nick bump people out of the way several times. Its not needed if you are as good as Nick is.

You started all this crap by posting Brittons private message (I am in no way saying what he did is right UNLESS Nick threw the first punch). So don't be surprised that everyone and their brother will start attacking back at you. Grow up and act your age.

Well it didnt look that way to me, The guy in the black shirt could have definitely used your help Terri. He was yelping and swinging with his shirt over his head and there wasnt anyone within 10 ft of him. lol Of course this was after he got blasted, and the 2 bigger guys, one with bibs, and the other crewman, they split like nothin I've ever seen

DUCK44 don't get mad at SEANTWO, because he was the 1 running off. So just set back and chill out and just thank the 2x team will have that TRACK record for a long time now!!!!!!!!!:D:cool::D:cool:
