$25 for 2 classes...........BS! I love the 2 class deal, but seems high!

I could see if you had more classes, that would mean more payout, but 2 classes would be less of a payout.........maybe im wrong, who knows!

We've always had General Admission $25 for every $10,000 to Win LM

Both Classes have a great payout

Kids 12 & Under FREE

Pit Pass $35

We've always been fair to our Fans when it comes to pricing

Thank you,
Tammy

Thanks Kevin, great deal for a great night of racing. I don't know how track promoters put up with all the complaining they get for bringing in some of the best LM and modified drivers in the country. And then people act like you are not a business and don't need to make money.Go to a Rams or Cards game and choke down a cold 12oz for 8.50 or a 5.00 hot dog.

Yep.. Went to a Blues games and had to pay $45 per ticket including for a 9 year old. And we were in the rafters.

It's a part of the business. But I know most of the people who complain here do so because they're passionate about the sport. Having said that, I know Tammy and Kevin, as well as Ray Marler, Bob Sargent, the folks at Highland, Belleville, Farmington, Callaway, Moberly, you name it, aren't doing this for the money. Racing can be profitable, but at the same time, it's a lot of hard work and not a lot of profit. The most you can hope for is a good, safe event and hope the e-mails the next day don't skewer you too bad. We're very lucky to have the quality of tracks that we do within two to three hours away.

Im glad they bring the big names in also, but I don't think I should have to brake the bank to see a dirt race. Sports teams charge so much cause their players make MILLIONS, not 10,000! I am as big of a racing freak as you'll find, if im not at the track im keeping up in every series, race, driver, you name it, im freaking on it.

I do have to say thanks to Kevin and Tammy for making that place the way it is now, the racing is great, and they do bring in the big names alot during a season of racing..........thanks!

Find a $10,000 to win late model race that isn't charging at least $25 to get in. Far and few between.

I've been to some dirt tracks that were absolutely miserable, the track prep was awful, the car count was abysmal, the staff was apathetic at best, and they STILL charged top-dollar. What TCS charges is average and in addition, you get top names and one of the best facilities in the country. Like I said before, I think a lot of us get spoiled because we DO have such good tracks in the area. Go down south or worse yet, in some of the Plains states where there's hardly any tracks at all, so the ones that ARE there can pretty much get away with what they want. Within a 50- or 60-mile radius of Gateway (shameless plug: GatewayRaceway.com), there are several great tracks. Kick that radius up to 100 miles and there are even more. We have some of the best-run, best-prepped tracks in the country and some of the best drivers in the country love coming here. The NASCAR and NHRA guys LOVE going to TCS and I talked to David Reutimann this week for my show (SpeedZoneRadio.com, another cheap plug) and he can't wait until the next time he can race at Pevely and Macon. I know I'm rambling but I'm just saying, before you complain, look at the facilities we have and then think about some of the really bad tracks you've been to.

Only one I know of is Fairbury. Both the Summernationals and Prarie Dirt Classic are $20 gen ad. But you are right, very few shows charge less than $25. 25 isn't a bad price for a 10k show. I've seen worse.

i will be there if i can not bad for a big late model show plus a top notch traveling mod series that a lot of fans do not get to see only read about.as they say, paid more, seen less.
