tell me what you think about this

Thanks Jimmy for taking care of fast25. I think a lot of people on STL Racing know you, or have seen you at one of our local tracks and are aware that you can't sit in front of your computer all day and monitor every post.
The whole drug / alcohol test thing will probably never happen but tracks could take steps to make shure it isn't going on. Alcohol tests are simple and very easy, the ones we use at work only require the person (driver) to place the test strip in the mouth. The result is either positive or negitive very simple and fast. Drug testing is a little more involved. First the person giving the test must be trained, the cost of the test kits are not cheap, and you need a CLEAN place to administer the test. If a positive result happens the person then needs to be tested again by a technition and checked by a lab. The easy way would be to have the drivers go to a designated test facillity and show proof they are clean on a bi-monthley basis, at the drivers expence. You want to race, you buy tires, fuel, parts, well now you pay for your drug test.

I have been out of town for a few days and I guess I'm lucky to not have read fast25 post. To my other posters on this thread, we have had a lively discussion and we may not agree, but we are all share our enthusiasm for racing and have a common bond. My concern is, not knowing what the post said, please tell me, was it treating to anyone of us concerning our well being?

Sincerely,

TheBigWheel
