Will this be for the Crate cars also?

The big question is will this Soft Touch Rev Control for the HEI be allowed and if so how will it be checked/teched? I would love to try this rather than investing in the MSD box, Coil and then having to rewire the car.

Its a mustang, not sure what year. This car is mad fast and built like a tank.

I did hear that they are allowing the four cylinder drivers to lock the gears and make them more like the saturns , I know not a SS but it is a rule change.
