If Al and Rick resigned from CARS, the series would self implode because those are the only 2 money men in the organization.
 
I thought this was a racing discussion board, and as such, comments from anyone with an interest in racing, both negative and positive were allowed?

As far as paying to get in tracks, I have always paid at any track that I was attending when not in some working capacity, and even when I go to a track to interview drivers and shoot pictures for DLM, I pay my own way into the track.

I Dont Think Anybody On Here Complaining About This Post Are Even Members They Are Just Trying To Start S*** I Say Everybody Should Be Happy That We Have The Racetracks That We Do And Just Race. And Give Credit Where It Is Due Because All Of The C.a.r.s. Officials Have Put Time And Hard Work For Everyone. And Also We Have Raced At Both Of The Tracks And They Both Have The Good And The Bad Just Like Every Where Else . You Cant Please Everyone.......

Being a race promoter, is kind of like being President. Who in their right mind wants that job?

There is always controversy, and a party of unhappy people.

ok thats one cent....

the other cent....... if you have an interest in a race car..even remotely..you shouldnt be part of the sanctioning body. Not that the person isnt trustworthy , but it just adds more fuel to the fire when things flare up, and undermines that persons ability to govern.

All I really want is to have FASTRAK and CARS rethink some of the rules for next year to keep costs down, and "hot" motors out. Other than that....no longer than they have been in existence, both organizations offer a really a pretty good option for guys to go racing.

Fact-Some posted on here that it would never happen???

Fact-It was Paid and the top 50 Spots were Paid!!!

Fact-No other negative post on pay out since!!!

Fact- Fastrak offers a Great oppurtunity to Up and coming Late Model Drivers to Compete against Veteran Late Model Drivers- Example

Fact- Scott and Kevin Ferguson-Bar NONE- were the best thing that
happened to Fastrak here in Midwest- I only wish they would do it again!!!

Fact- Geographical lay out of Missouri and Illinois-Shows that there is plenty of room for the CARS and Fastrak organizations to run strong Programs!! I am for Both Organizations to succeed, and to start working together for the benefit of the RACER!!!

Eric, no one was taking any potshots at you. I wish you all the best, and I think you have done a commendable job this season, and hope it all works out how you want it to. As far as your question, I don't think it would really serve anyones' interests for me to answer, so I will simply let my statement stand that I would not participate in anything that Mr. Lester is involved in, which is just my opinion.
