Are you 100 percent sure he got paid or just guessing??? Not all tracks pay for drivers to show up.... Need to be sure before we say something that might not be true. I could be wrong but I do know not all tracks pay to show up to any driver....

I have been told by quite a few track owners that he gets paid to show up. I'm not talking local tracks either.

There Is A Reason For That. If A Promoter Wants To Give A Guy A Couple Grand To Show Up. He/she Must Feel The Driver Will Bring Them In Much More. So Beings It Was The End Of The Night, He Did What Klms Paid Him For, Put People In The Stands.

I don't care if a track pays a driver or not. I'm not bashing a track. I was just making a point.
When a person has an addiction it is just that. Anyone of you beautiful people could get addicted to anything anytime. We can hope he has recovered. And has become a bigger person than the rest of us making fun of someone with an addiction. Once and addict always and addict. Just have to hope for sobriety to keep it under constant control. Hate when you people bring personal lives into a public forumn... It sure is hard to live in a world with all these perfect people

I went to LOWS and Bloomer was there. He's pasted it. Not 1 fan I talked to had anything to say abought it. IT"S OVER GET A LIFE OR A JOB.

It is ok when fans flip a driver off because I know several people on here including myself have done it.

I didn't make the picture (google middle finger)
and I have met Bloomer many times(first time in the 80's - and he was dominate then too) and I'm sure he would laugh his azz off at it, what really makes him laugh is this kind of stuff about any little thing he does. The guy is like the Britiny Spears of dirt late model racing, he can't even fart without someone saying "that smelled like a cocaine fart" and the coke thing was 15 years ago. Most people don't even know what even happened they just heard he was a coke head.
Remember - You "either love him or love to hate him" and the people that "love to hate him" look for stuff like this to blow outta proportion. If a local driver did this it wouldn't be that big of a deal after about 3 days.
Here's the story behind the classless, idiotic bloomquist at KLMS......
During the Kentucky Commonwealth Cup race at KLMS........The show was running late, there's a 12 midnight curfew at the track for some reason....I've heard story's behing the curfew, but can't back it up with fact, so I won't go there...
During the Late Model Sportsman feature, with the Super Lates to follow, it was announced over and over again thru the pa that the Super's would run next and to have ALL cars in the line-up shoot, ready to go!!! They would wait for no-one........if your not in-line and ready to go they (the track) won't wait.......no matter who it is........After the Sportsman race, the Super's take the track, ready for thier feature........No bloomquist or the two other "team" cars of his. Guess he thought he was special and the previous announcement didn't pertain to him......They run two warm-up laps and drop the green........Caution comes on on lap 9......During the caution, out comes bloomquist and his two "team" cars.....Don't know their names, don't really care........BUT...........they come out, idle down the backstretch, thru 3 & 4. When they get to the grandstands, bloomquist gives everyone the finger, down the whole front stretch. TOTALLY CLASSLESS ACT!!!!!! Then, from what I understand, proceeds to pull off the track and get into an arguement with a track official.
He then posts a lame excuse and apology to the "fans" that from where he was pitted, in the back row, the pa system wasn't working properly and wasn't aware of the schedule change.........Wouldn't you think he would send someone to find out what was going on when all the other Super Late Model drivers get in their cars, strap in, leave their haulers and don't come back???? Wouldn't you think he would find someone to go find out what was going on????
Then he says in his so called "apology" that he won't race ever again at KLMS as long as the current proprietors are running the track....
I say "GOOD"..........doesn't bother me in the least........poor little cry baby can go race somewhere else where they'll kiss his classless ***.....
I"m glad that KLMS didn't bow down to him, treated him like any other competitor!!!

come on moonflow!!!!!!! there were over 150 cars in the pits that night......what is the track supposed to do, go around baby-sitting each and every driver???

Heres another example of why I quit posting on here for about 4-5 years because some take things too serious ! You can tell that a few that have responded could tell I was just joking.
I'm sorry if I offended anyone or their kids, I was not trying to bash or make fun of anyone's kid's just having a little fun with the people that hate Bloomquist with a passion.
And yes I have 2 kids.................Heres a picture of my 16 year old.

Regarding the middle finger being pointed out the window. Since this is on the driver's side of the car (the side away from the stands) it appears he is flipping off the officials and not the "fans". While I do not agree or disagree on that fact, how can some say he is flipping off the fans in the stands and what about the kids? This needs to be kept in perspective and taken for what it's worth. He was merely expressing his displeasure to the officials - not the fans.
How many of you when you are driving down the road and someone annoys you "flip off someone" or curse them with your kids in the car?
I do not believe any of us know for a fact why Bloomer and Team did not make the start of the feature. We have been told (and not by Scott) as others have posted that the PA was not working and they had been told they had 15 minutes. It should not matter who was lined up or who wasn't. Ultimately it is Scott and his crew to know when to line up, but if they were told one something, then I do believe the track had an obligation to let them know of the change.
I agree Scott wants things certain ways. He is no different than the great performers, artists, etc. They all have certain demands and after all he is the Master of Dirt Late Model Racing!
