Highlands bomber brake check

Im done with Highland and I wont be back untill Charlie is no longer a promoter there,See ya

Personally, I don't care how many tries someone gets, as long as they can prove they do have brakes. But I also think that proving it shouldn't have to include spinning the car around. Certainly there is a better way to do it. But then again, I don't write the rules...

And yes, bomberboy29, I know that Fohne was still sitting on the backstretch. I am surprised that the officials weren't paying attention to that fact and let someone else come at him like that...

Brake Checks = SAFETY
360,s = FAN ENTERTAINMENT
It was that way when I raced there in the 90,s
Thats the way it is today
Same ol Highland, just different year
PLAIN AND SIMPLE .....................

i used to run highland and i passed a brake check with only left front brake. i had an old car and the rear lines rusted through and i did not have the money to fix them so i ran it that way for 3 weeks. i think just the entertainment of not being able to make a brake check look good is fun.i would never run again without brakes but im alot smarter now than i was.everyone be safe and if you want to pass all brake checks in the future, practice in a feild you can pass without ever touching the brake. good luck

My head is out of my ace my heads to big to fit in it all i was saying is they must have found sumtin rong with it so adjust it and race it ITS HIGHLAND EVERYONE GETS SCREWED

I don't think there's a track around that someone doesn't feel like they got screwed. Read through this entire forum, it happens everywhere, not just Highland.

Brake checks at Highland

Highland has been doing brake checks that way long before Charlie and his crew. SARA did them too.

Watch how they do them--get up some good speed, slam on the brakes, and go for a spin (if you got brakes). Jimmy had trouble the first time he had to do them in the Bomber, everybody does, but watch the older guys and do the same thing. It seems like the cars that are not going as fast have all the trouble, and then the ones without good brakes always do.

All cars have brakes on them--some just don't stop so good! That's why some drivers can't keep from plowing into cars that have stopped, checked up, or slowed in front of them. Get them fixed properly and come back. Prove to yourself and everybody else that you can do it! Whiners never win.

I have spoken again. ;)
