Inside the pits at i55

Don't forget about those with hangovers! Makes me want to go to Eat Rite.

I-55 won't say anything about it. I would imagine worst case they will be put on probation for the remainder of the season. Then the next guy that isn't "popular" will be suspended so they can say they are "enforcing" the rules.

Oh, kind of like Horton last year? He never laid a hand on anyone, and was suspended for the rest of the season...or Weber being suspended and fined for a whole lot less than what happened last Saturday night. Well, if they don't suspend anyone, now we all know to send your pit crew after one another and it's ALL FAIR to fight at Pevely! Should be some good times to come in the future:)

I wish someone would put up video of it so we could look at it again. I think I have heard 10(not counting my own) different views on what happened. I would like to see who remembered it right.

Don't forget, Horton is on LIFETIME PROBATION!!!!!! WTF???

I-55 does not comment on the internet about what they do! They just do it ! Always has been that way !!!! Alot of times they send out letters to the drivers to avoid the drama at the track. Has anyone tried anywhere else besides the internet to find out the penelty ? I did and I got my answer . :) Was easier than logging in actually !!!! ;)

Dirtgirl, take a nice deep breath and exhale. Feel better now? How come every comment you make has to have exclamation points? I checked all your posts and 99.99999999999999% have bad attitude written all of them. You need to quit spazzing out on every little thing.

What is your point beside stalking me ????????

At least I don't bash every track intown but 1 .....

No, It happened directly in front of me. Contact was made just past the pit gate. Ray stayed in the gas (completely sideways) until turn 3 and 4. Not a huge fan of either driver but from where I was sitting it was 2 guys racing for a spot. In my mind I wouldn't blame either driver for the contact.

Jason Crump

You are right, it did happen right as they passed the pit gate. Ray did stay in the gas and ended up at the entrance of turn 3. He said once he knew he was going around he didn't want to be sitting broad side at the end of the straight with 15 cars still coming by.

soulard or highland is where you might find out ?.....if i had time i'd drop by ray's shop.......but saturday will be here soon enough.......somebody please post it cuz with the place loaded up with pro-4's and the like , i'll be somewhere else watchin paint dry

Key word MAY. So a suspension MAY or MAY not be handed down.

Don't fool yourself into believing that rules apply evenly for everyone. Business trumps everything. Randy Korte and Ray Walsh both have a lot of loyal fans. The track makes money off of these guys. The worst you'll see is some sort of probation.

You're right, MAY is the key word, but they've done it recently for way less than that. As it's been said...if Walsh and Korte race this weekend and have not been suspended...wait for the MAYLAY to ensue. Apparently, Ray Marler is now a FIGHT PROMOTER! Let's get it on! Hope you want to continue to bring your kids to the races!
