Thanks Don, just was on the phone with Jim discussing those fees ect. When you posted. Maybe Jim can talk with you about it too. Working on special shows now. I know Dan with MLRA and Randy with MARS real well so those are good odds. Jim wants a summer nats show bad. We will see? I know MOWA and ASCS will work with is too. Any advice we appreciate. And come to the meeting Wednesday if ya can.

I am not going to come and beg them to run bmods not sure if we would even run there but this is bmod country if run right they could draw a ton of cars.
 
Actually just off the phone with Jim discussing it. Bmods might be in and 4cyl out. Responses to this and basically nothing from 4cyl people have him reconcidering.

I am not concerned about the sanction, Curious more about the 3/4 link debate that always comes up with the B-mods. I don't really care one way or another. I will just be happy to have a track close to home.

B-mod guys help Trace and Jim out here. Get on here and show these guys they will have the car count to justify the class! We all see the turn out when Kevin and Don give us the chance to race. We all know the cars are out there. Last time MMP raced the B-Mods always had a great turn out, Come on and show your support!
 
Probably get away from 4link and spoilers. If we do it. Like I said earlier I hate look alike classes I got to at least take off the spoilers. At least I wouldnt require adding a panel across the rear. I always hated how imca required those.

After tomorrow this thread I will not respond to and start a new one. Then after Wednesday we will work on trying to finalize any decisions. And start on scheduling.

I can see your point of view on that, As I said I don't care I just want know what changes I would need to make. So playing devils advocate here. Would you allow locked birdcages or would all brackets need to be welded on the rear end? Would you allow spring sliders or that goofy spring on top of the rear end deal? Then of course this will lead into the solid or spring pull bar?
 
Not even going to look into specifics yet. I Need to compare whats out there as far as rules go. Thats another day.

I think 3 link with no aerosol and hard tires mixed with usra and imca sportmods would be close TCS did a mix at the end of the year not sure how it worked out
 
I think ump Hoosiers but I think that would kill the chance of guys on spec tires not trying to push my agenda just think it would be cool not to turn cars away
 
I don't think running 2 classes of modifieds is a good idea. IF you can not afford to run A-Mods, then I could see running b-mods. With that being said, if you do run b-mods, then you need to have a 1-spin rule and a STRICT time limit.
 
I'm with ya fryefan. Only reason is mmp has had good bmod counts, often the highest count. And lousy 4 cyl counts even with years of opportunity to grow. Got some give and take to figure out.

I hope u have a great year non wing sprints war series is good for special good for 18-25 cars,vintage cars also 15-25 cars,b mod 3 link or leaf solid or rubber upper bar
and street stock tcs rules fit most cars mod take off a/h thanks for effort lil joe
 
Well rather then single out one class maybe those rules should be for all classes. Lord knows none of the upper class guys ever spin on purpose when they get a bad start...lol.
