MCS Is Being Sued as "PUBLIC NUISANCE"

I heard the rumor yesterday too, of who is causing the problem. I just can't believe that rumor at all. I'm not going to repeat it because I think it's bull
 
OK, now this is killing me. I work with a company that is involved with land development, and I know that the I-70 corridor, especially out west, is a booming economy. Easy access to the highway, etc. I just can't believe someone would pull a PUBLIC NUISENCE stunt to try to get the property condemned so they can snap it up and develop it. That is downright unethical, and if this person has any kind of license, be it business, surveying or engineering, they should be turned in to their respective ethics board. Of course, what's killing me here is all the secrecy about who is pulling it. If you have an idea about who it is, air it out, and stop protecting the identities of those trying to destroy dirt track racing!
 
Gundaker owns the property next to the track and is the 1 who filed suit!!!! What do you think about that!!!!!!!!

LOL....I'm certainly not going to put myself in a trick bag by naming names based solely on rumors and risk a defamation of character suit.As I said,it's surely public recordi
 
Defamation of character would be like calling someone hypocritical, arrogant, egotistical, two faced, money grubbing *****hole. I don’t think I did any of that!!!

W O W....we do a lot of work for Gundaker!! I will have to do some stealthy inquiring about it, to see if this is true. In case you're wondering if I really do what I do...

It might not be as easy as you think to get ahold of the information. Nothing's been sold yet, so there is no deed on file. The only source would be the Public Nuisence filing, and that necessarily isn't on public record, yet.

And also, I doubt it's Kevin Gundaker. Just Gundaker Commercial.

Update...I just found something interesting. On Gundaker's site, I found a link that shows a map of future projects. Note #18, it's on Highway 70, pointing west, so it's well off the map! And it's called Bellerive Properties....

Here's another tidbit of info. Note #2 on the above map....Pevely Point. That is a multi-family housing unit going in on the other side of Interstate I-55 on Herky-Horine Road....yup, that's right, right across from the track, on the other side of the interstate. Stock & Associates is doing the civil plans and platting for that as well.
 
Interesting that a Gundaker owns a dirt track and now "Gundaker" in whatever shape or form is trying to develop property around two other dirt tracks. Coincidence? or not?
 
lets get back to the things we can do to help MCS...write the County and the Mayor and let them know you support MCS. We were here 1st, a few hundred people spend a lot of time and money in New florence, etc and be tactfull about it...use spell checker!
 
What ever happened to FREEDOM. This is another way for the rich to get richer (whoever it maybe) by using local gov to help there cause.Did the City think that the track was an issue when Mel opened or could be after did they think befor saying yes to the track.Now that theres $$$$$ involed that changes everything ,so people lets shout from the highest mountain and be heard that as a racing fan we have rights to.
 
I'm going to do what I can from this end to expose this land grab. Maybe a call to Channel 2 or Channel 4 is in order.
 
I belive the biggest problem is they got paid to put that radio tower up in the front just next to the track property, then wanted to use the track property for the fall zone. When they were told no the problems started!!!!! So hey if you dont get your cake and eat it to just file a law suit right. You know racers are all just 1 big family, Right? !!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off if you are going to name names, name the right name It is GORDAN NOT KEVIN in the suite and Gordans partners. Gordan really has nothing to do with the suite it its his partners. Second if you don't belive me you can go to this site and look

Who do you think really owns Tri-City, And saying Gordon has nothing to do with it, is like believing that Chaney has nothing to do with Halliburton getting all these no-bid contracts.
