Why does Griffaw gotta go race them?? Griffaw has raced at more tracks than almost any other modified driver this season and has won at most all of them.

I thought this post was started out of pure excitment that a fans driver bought a new car to race. Leave it at that,what does any other driver have to with melivin getting a new car,that is why i never post on here beause of people like you. Let me tell you I made a mistake.

Congrats to Melvin on his new car. Now leave it alone

Griffaw has already races Kinder at Brownstown a few weeks ago for the $1,000 to win race that Griffaw won.
 
OK.......I JUST got off the phone with Rodney's sister and she said that as far as she knew Rodney didn't buy a modified car.....she said someone may have asked him to drive one for them, but she said that it was news to her and she talks to Rodney everyday, so I am not for sure were big gun got his info, unless Rodney just hasn't told his sister yet. She is going to call him or his dad today and find out for me. She said, and I quote "Don't start bashing until you see him driving a modified car." Big Gun....if you know for a fact that Rodney is driving a mod, please let me know who you talked to so I can tell Teresa

If he did buy a modified . . . I guess all his loyal fans at Mt. Vernon can watch him win in both classes every week . . . whoopeee! Now that's what I call good racin. Not!
 
WOW !!!!! Nothing like a good ole' bashing on a Tuesday morning! I kinda feel sorry for these drivers that have groupies talkin this kind of smack !!! :rolleyes: I am sure they appreciate all the kind words. Both drivers I am sure :rolleyes:
 
Speaking of mods and Mt. Vernon- Timmy Hill will be driving the #13 Pierce car at Mt. Vernon on Saturday. We will be joining them and partying with the Hammerle crew after the races!
 
If Melvin (not Melivin that I keep seeing) did buy a new Pierce modified, then all he's doing is cherry picking two classes instead of one.

Seems to me the spelling of Mt-veron (MT Vernon ) is the same in the Mt-veron Engine Claim post and this one? Am I wrong? I talk to rodney all the time and he hasn't said anything of the sort! What are you trying to achieve here?

So how is Rodney cherry picking in the Late Mods? Is it his fault that noone goes out to Mt Veron? No I don't think it is. Up till Mt. Veron started running Late Mods again all of Rodneys wins came at other tracks so we know that he can win ANYWHERE.

Not Bashing Rodney but I have never seen Rodney drive a Mod before and a late mod and mod are two differnt types of cars. If he did buy a mod Best of luck to him.

And being a Dixon fan, you of all people know he could run where's there no competition and win all the time (ie Godfrey and Montgomery County). So, where does he run? Belleville and I-55. Run with the competition, week in and week out, that's all I ask.
 
I know Dixon could pick any track to run at just as Melvin can but Dixon choose to run at 55 and belleville just as Rodney choose to run at Mt. Veron. I belvie Mt. Veron is only 20 mins from his house why drive an hour and a half to race same as Dixon running closer to home makes more sences.

If Dixon was running at MCS and Godfrey every week and was winning then EVERYONE on this board would be saying the same thing about him. I know because when Dixon was winning all the time it was been said We just didn't have the power of the internet like we do now.

After this weekend Rodney will only be 6 points ahead of Dixon. The point race will be alot closer this year with a Sunday track.
 
If Rodney did buy a mod thats good.I guess the next Melvin vs ??? will be Melvin vs the most under rated and least talked about track champion on this board "MATT MEVERT" Good luck Rodney.Should make for some great racin.
 
Rodney did drive a mod about two years ago he did very good he win at KY Lake, Paducha,MtVernon & he ran at DuQuion
