As of couple of days ago I know of 1 person who didn't get his check and he told me a few others that didn't either so I guess Randy sent them out. Good for Randy if he did cuz they worked for their money.
 
Ashley was let go because she wouldn't come to work on time. The accusations are because she was fired. As far as far Randy using as an excuse I wouldn't be suprised. Lawyers look at texts and concluded if she put it out, it could be defamation of character suit. Seems you want to be part of it?

Ok so you still did not answer the question I asked you about you removing the text from your comment? How am I defaming Jim Moon? He as already did a terrific job of that on his own. So I guess you can contact the lawyers and send them my way. Or maybe I will just talk to Denny at Quincy.

P.S by the way did tell you how big our transporter is, I got pictures of it right here let me show you. Nobody has a transporter as big a our's. Plus I have raced in no less than 7 states.....Call it what you want
 
man people.. yeah it sucks the track closed I had a lot of money invested in running there that im not going to get back.... but you live to race anther day... in the long run they didn't care so go give your support to a track that cares
 
and who cares how big your trailer is or how many states you've raced in... don't think people keep track of those stats

It's none of our business. If Ashley wanted to bring it out in the open she would have. But you did. I edited it so she wasn't being brought into this. And go Talk to Denny if you want. As far as comparing transporters mine is 84ft I don't care.
All I care about is having my local track open. I helped Jim and Randy, Randy pulled the plug.
By the way there was an offer made for $10k an acre this week. And guess what? Randy turned it down. No one's going to get the place open for racing I have a feeling.

my personal opinion at this point is track will never sell at this point and if it does it will never survive sad to say they may as well sell it for condos or such i raced for yrs at eldora daytona of dirttracks in the middle of no mans lands very successful track to this day this could have been the same type track with invested money but it's done at this point in my opinion

You should apologize. You ran that mans name through the mud on multiple sites all because he didn't give you a refund within 24 hours of closing. you even posted his phone number online. not apologizing speaks loudly about your character.

Hate to agree but I do...I own a single axle 6X10 open trailer with a push mower on it. I've cut grass in 7 states. Got busted for doped tires on it and got stiffed by a guy I mowed for. Fact is, the best odds this track ever had to succeed was when Mel operated it. I have total respect for Casey stepping up to the plate and telling things the way they were and continued to be, or, so it appears. As a die hard race fan I ALWAYS hate the closing of a track especially one that could have amounted to something. Randy's bankroll may have looked promising on paper going in, but that didn't mean nothing when it comes to operating a business one knows so little about. Then comes Mr Moon. Jim's history will follow him wherever he goes in racing, be it as a promoter or driver. Poor Jim...right.

What a idiot.

I also do not like to see any track close. My point is everybody is bashing on Randy, and Jim Moon is getting all the praise. JIM failed and it is his fault. They both made mistakes, but Jim made the biggest one, and that is why MMSP is closed down. You all say Jim doesn't owe anybody a explanation, you couldn't be farther from the truth. It really doesn't matter he has a lot of you fooled, and so be it. Jim knows the truth as does some others involved. Maybe one day the truth will all come out and everybody can then look at what happened and make their decision then. Until then Jim Moon is awesome and can do nothing wrong......Bahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Hey Hard Lefts maybe when I get big and all grown up I can become a keyboard bad ass like you. I am not part of anybody's camp. Just think that people need to bash the right person. Maybe if we are lucky jim will make another internet movie about this incident also. Karma is a bitch, but I don't have anything to worry about.

Jim didn't QUIT. Nobody is badmouthing anybody for making mistakes, we all do that. The problem is randy just up and throwing in the towel after many made commitments to the operation. I realize you're too busy playing defense to catch that part but maybe one day you will. You are doing the exact same thing as grooverider by making indirect accusations with no content. If Jim "made the biggest one" (mistake) than why has NO ONE mentioned it?..and if u dont know what exactly happened then why ru pointing the finger at Jim Moon? I guess Casey made the biggest one too?

Exactly. I can care less who slept with who. Mr. Randy Matlock chose to QUIT and close the track, not fire his promoter and continue on like most business owners would do.
He then has refused 2 Offers to sell the track at a reasonable price so that the loyal racers could continue this season.
I got my pit pass refund - now what about the drivers fund and general admission?
