No Right to Protest at Belle-Vegas

1. All cars MUST pass a technical inspection. You MUST
be a participating driver or registered owner of a car
participating in the race program that night to submit a
protest.
Ok so..are you a car owner or participating driver?Because i dont see your name on the results and i know you dont own a racecar. Dont have a dog in this fight but this seems to be a case of someone being mad because their driver did not win and just want someone to be torn down to pay for it. Correct me if im wrong please.If your just a pit guy or relative throwing a useless rant....stop it because seems belleville followed the rules and your side did not. Ripperda s legal 100 percent. Guaranteed
 
Man it ****s I started dead last in the feature cus I woulda made it interesting and gave Jon a good dog fight.......but with that being said, why would you protest a car that started on the front row? It's not like Jon started in the back with me and won it. That makes no sense. He had a good pill draw and won both heat and feature so what. Maybe wednesday night it'll be different outcome. It's the luck of racing. See ya all Wednesday night. P.S. FYI Jason Pritz is affiliated with Jim Clark
 
I thought Jimmy Clark had better sense than to align himself with this dude!

Sorry Belleville isn't just lope around the bottom anymore and freight train to easy wins.

It seems the 96 crew has done their homework when it comes to setups and it's really starting to show.

Is that car an Extreme racecar? Dean (car builder) also knows his stuff.

Buy the 441. I believe it is also a Extreme. Take the Ripperda crew to Hooters after the races. Buy them whatever they want, and Listen. Enjoy the wings!!
That (IMO) is a much better way to spend your money than a protest....
 
Nope don't own a single car LOL but my late model just got to I55 LOL gotta love the people who post and know nothing about who owns or sponsors whatever.. with that said jimmy ran 2nd and ripperda def drove his but off however if there is no tech or protest why have rules .that's the point not who builds what bought what or owns what we would tear ours down gladly

That car has been around so long I don't think it knows what it is any more. LOL Anybody that tells you you need a new car to win is nuts... That car is now close to 15 years old and it's aways been fast!

Funny because i know just about every late model owner and nowhere have i heard of you. In fact....ive gotten 5 private messages telling me your full of yourself and not who you say you really are. Wasnt you the same person who had issues with Casey Pearson as well at his track? And since you spilled your beans and your a so called late model owner....why the beef with a sportsman car?? Seems you have more money than sense to me. No dog in the fight like i said....just another useless argument and useless thread. Whats next....messing with hornets?? Really.......you didnt follow the rules. Didnt meet the deadline so move on. Next week is next week. Your like a bully who cant bully someone and is about to blow your stack looking to do damage. From my understanding as well.......doesnt it have to be a car owner of the same class to ask for a tear down?
Or are you saying you own Jim Clarks car as well as a late model?
 
Pritz if you want to be part of or a owner in the sportsman class i know where there is one for sale at really decent price and i know for a fact that cars fast! So until then just shut up and quit crying because someone you know got it handed to them by someone who really done their homework! And to tell someone or even post on here that you are going to protest next week is completely ignorant because all you have done now is give them heads up that its coming and giving them plenty of time to get legal, but i can assure you jon is not illegal this is just you crying because your buddy gets it handed to him week in and week out! The rules are there for racers to keep other racers honest. Don't like it? Go play golf or something.

Let's face it, every driver out there that's been caught cheating, ask them if they're legal and before you finish the question, they'll look you in the eye and that yes answer will ooze from their lips till you walk away.

Cheating has been part of racing since day one, why would it change now?

You legal? Then take the free money.

I wish there was more protesting/checks.

BTW, this is a generic statement. No way is it directed towards any driver in particular.
 
Look you idiots jon is as a hell of a driver . I dont think he needs to cheat to win . If you havent noticed he has been lucky by getting good pill draws and starting up front that is what win races a belleville

This guy must be a bigger dumb@ss than I initially thought. He cries about Montgomery track over something he dont like a couple weeks ago, now complaining about something that isn't allowed to happen at Belleville. He says he is not an owner but still thinks he can protest. Lastly, I would suggest you keep your 9yr old away from the track with you cause sooner or later they will find the truth about you as for some odd reason you keep getting cussed out in front of them. You talk about having class, but I don't think you know the definition of the word.

Oh i agree. But if done by the rules and this clearly was not. But yea.......i love the right thats given for protests and if someone follows the rules and does it with some class...onward we go to pulling heads and stuff. Keeps things honest and fair
 
My post was directed at everyone complaining about someone wanting to check.

With the way he's ran this year he SHOULD be checked, without a doubt. I'm not saying he's cheating. He's been damn good this year.
 
We followed the rule to the t we had the money we were in the time limit and the driver confirmed wanting the protest its not about who owns what car or if jimmy or I am driving its about the tech procedure if they don't want to do it fine but if my money is on the table by the rule then you should do the tear down by the rule...now since you were at tri city Michael how do you know what did or did not happen at the scales at belleville
