What kind of organization is this? :confused: Well I think me and a few of my WWF buddies are going to join.. My vote goes to the Undertaker, think he'll make a great President. The Rock would be good as Vice present, but oh Wolf might not like that, to much competition in the topless competition. Oh Well, to bad for Wolf looks like the Rock WINS.. Treasurer and Secretary, well that dont really mater much, Treasurer could be Sticky fingers, that way it will seem like the same old organization. So with that said " LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
What's all the fuss of President anyway. Not to make the job sound easy, because I wouldn't want it, but whoever the new President is going to be, they can't change anything without the members. He/She has no authority or over ruling priviledges and can't promiss squat. So why Wolf and Faithful fan keep trying to campaign for the position with promises of the direction of the RAMS is empty without the approval of each voting member. They just need to represent the RAMS in a good way and work with track promotors and sponsors with out controversy. That is the number one issue. I didn't say that was all they have to do but it's one of the most important. As far as rules go...even if Wolf wanted to open the rules up, which he stated he didn't, but if he did he couldn't do it with out a majority vote from the Association as a whole. The rules need to stay right where they are in my opinion. Or I could be totally wrong on the whole deal...who knows

I agree with that completely. I'm not trying to campaign for the position. I'm just trying to get my name out there for those members who have no idea who I am. My goal is to bring the group back together......the way it used to be and to represent the RAMS in a good way. I'm not trying to change anything....just make things better. The MEMBERS do make all the decisions...thank goodness. The last thing I'm after is authority!!!! However, I feel like I have a good relationship with the track promotors in this area. The last thing I want is controversy. For those who love racing as much as I do, I want to see this class succeed. It is a great beginner class and those who race in it seem to really enjoy themselves.

That's okay, StoneCold, there's no need for apologies. After all, we are all entitled to vote for whoever we want. This is still a free country. The Undertaker may be a great asset to the RAMS.

for such a small group, there seems to be way too much internal 'friction'. no wonder there are alot of mini-stocks for sale.this is supposed to be fun; i just read 5 pages of not very much fun. whoever is in charge has got a big job ahead of him/her of trying to unite this group. you guys are not going to survive long if you don't grow.by that i mean you have to show up with more than 10-12 cars (or less), or as a group, you will not be able to sell yourselves to a promoter. you have to make new people want to build a car to come race with you guys. with all these cars for sale,i see guys wanting to go elsewhere. i said much the same thing earlier this summer, and the 'northern president' said my opinion wasn't welcome. it sure looks like i was right on. i sure hope you guys get together and work as a unit.

I havent seen this much crying since Hillary found out about me and Monica.....You all sound like a bunch of 12 year olds... I could get on here and cast a few stones, and I very well may. Doesnt make me right, but my points may be valid. Someones feelings may get hurt, but maybe the 'problems' will be worked out.Yes there is an 'S' on the word problem. It doesnt stand for Superman, but rather, Stupid!!! Which is the way alot of "we" as RAMS have been acting lately. When I came into the organization, I thought I had found my Mecca of racing. Everyone got along, and when they didnt they joked about the issue till it had no more bearing... ..Where is the Bill Nickelson that was so zealous in racing his heart out, and always there with a kind word. What happened to the Jeff Mills that wasnt stressed out all the time, and doing his absolute best to encourage unity between members. Has anyone seen the grandpa who joined the RAMS specifically, so his grandson, would be in an affordable, and safe, healthy, racing environment? What happened to the Jason Brewington that was active in meetings, gave up his time for others, cared about what went on, and was working hard not to knock Bills truck out of gear on restarts? Where is the Shannon that didnt get fed up and shy away from the situation, but instead stood up and did what needed to be done? Why can I not still find Kenny Harris in the pits, to get the latest tidbit of go fast advantage? With Lisa and Cujo waiting patiently in the stands. Tracy Kelly Ruch, where the heck is the money that should be in the account that isnt? Now for the big question....Do you people want to see the Rams go back to what they were or what they are heading towards? It took all of us to have the RAMS be a success.It took alot of us to neglect the organization, and let it deteriorate to its present condition.... Are YOU going to be the one to help pull the plug? ARE YOU??? OR are you going to do something and get things in order, and functional once again..? Just a thought.... Any takers???

you have alot of good comments. bill, your right about the decision making part. all members at the meeting still would decide. if anybody would be great for the position it would have to be brian mcgee.crystal aught to introduce herself on here. iv'e held 2 different positions, treasure , and vice president, and have done a good job with both. now when it comes time to run the show, a few don't think i deserve the position. if crystal knows she can get bobby to consider the mmsa then it wouldn't hurt me at all, for her to get in it. no one will do as good as millsey did, but you do have to know what the hell is going on and i don't think she knows how it works, i do. no one knows if we have fredricktown next year or not. then what for points. if doe run dose'nt except us then where does it all go. all i know, its going to take alot of hard work, and i'm one of the last ones that evan cares. come on guys lets get it together and move forward. crystal, you need to get involved for a year and see what goes on and what it's about. i'm wanting to get it back to the way it was in the beginning. fun for all..... wait till after the awards and money are given out. the ones that are envolved will know why they race with us, the ones that don't will wish they were envolved big time money for alittle bit of time, and alot of fun... "the wolf" lets move on!!!!!!!1

WEll Mr. Wolf, I guess the voting will tell all. I have to tell you though I have read alot of your post and it seems that you cant even get along with all the drivers, so how you going to be President? Sportsmanship is whats needed to be a President and your post accusing people of taking you out for money and telling people there not as qualified as you, dont look like good sportsmanship to me.

I guess Stone Cold has been busy getting ready for Monday night Wrestling.
Hopefully you have talked with the Undertaker and have decided NOT to vote for him at the next RAMS President.......especially since you think the President should demonstrate good sportsmanship towards others.
