i would post pictures of my neon but right now it still has yet to get a paint job. its green and sanded down. it will look similar to matt's but i'm going to do some other stuff to it.

Its almost ready to go, I'm waiting for the head,crank,cam,and rods to come in from Esslinger, then get it over to the machine shop for some mill work.

We are going to slap a 65 on it and change the tires. I hope to have it done by the test and tune.

It should be tech legal as I got a race muffer on it.
 
Whoo Weee Grange I think that thing will be smokin fast ... Can't wait to see it in the 4 cyl class. The only thing I can see you need to fix is the tires .. :D Street tires correct guys ? Hate to see anyone think you was cheatin ..... :eek: :D

sorry. i came out sounding rash. i wasnt trying to be an *****. i was just trying to get some more pics up instead of ;well ive only got this much done and that much done so im gonna post one later. just trying to get people to post the progress of a car beeing built, so the fans that will be in the stands get to see a sneek peek of the cars being built. once again i apologize if this came out the wrong way. and would like to personaly thank everyone who has posted. keep em coming guys!!!!!!!

Nah... It's a stock mustang chassis with a little new sheet metal on it. Im scrapping the honda cause it will not be near fast enough.

I want to run with the big dogs this year, and this baby will get it done once the motor is built!:eek:

No way man, mine is all sheetmetal. No aluminum at all. Wont need it as we should have plenty of horsepower to pull the weight around.

Things arent going so great here fellas. With it being so cold, we havent even been able to paint the cars. They are just sittin there, sanded, waiting for paint.. Dads isnt near ready..so he wont be out at first with us. I'm hoping we can get the cars painted and the graphics on it by opening night.. Ugh the stress. But at least we got our mufflers now.

And Gary.. that HARDLY looks like a pro 4 to me... :D

finally got her fired up for the first time last night. have to drill one more hole and both pedals are mounted. fuel regulator was stuck and spraying gas like four gas filled water guns from the carb vents. ordered a new one today. cars been sittn for two years in a machine shed in shrink wrap so youll have that...new carbs mounted and still some what in sync from the previous keeper. gettn there!!! tempo. thats another story. spent last eve changing fuel pump and A..i swaped the bad one for a bad one.B need to check fuse.C i cut the pump wires throwing steel or other junk in the car. street stock still needs me to get off my @#$ and put the trans in it, and a ps pump.....
