Yawn! It's boring in here again!

I've got another four-letter word that keeps you from posting: SICK.....

Jeff's sinuses are draining and he's sick. He's been sick now for a few days. He hasn't been on the board much.

Thanks for the info racewidow. Well it's been fun visiting but I gotta get some sleep for work tonight. I'll catch up with you later! SEE YA! :D

winter blues from no racing, and I'm stuck in hibernation mode...only problem is...I'm not getting very much sleep! I am starting to talk to myself, and answer back. I should be worried, but I'm past it. Happily gone off the deep end, actually. :D

Like racewidow and I were discussing earlier on the board, in a month or so everyone will be healed up and we'll all have plenty to talk about. Amazing what a little noise, mud, and dirt will to for an ailing soul. HE :D HE :D

Absolutely none, sorry to disappoint. Had an uneventful evening last night.

Hey Jeff, I'm getting fish for the "swimming pool" tonight! It's only been set up since the 14th, and I still have no fish. Oh well, they'll be some in the tank tonight!

I'm not doing much better than you on the subject of "excitement". Oh by the way I was curious, do you go to SFCR much at all?

Only when the RAMS are racing there. I used to go there with my Daddy when I was a little tyke. That place was my first experience with racing - been in my blood ever since.

That's the track i grew up going to. But now I'm there when the RAMS run there twice and then try to make a few specials. But this year all 15 RAMS races are on Saturdays so don't know when I'll make it anywhere except where we are racing.

Poppa Wolf....Daytona of MiniStocks June 26th:D :D

I'm with Wheel21 on that. I have to be where the RAMS are racing so I can give them their payout this year (being treasurer and all). Plus, I have to support my pals!

Rich Whaley and I used to take his streetstock to SFCR every once in a while. Usually the car never came back in one piece though, but that was quite a few years ago, things have changed for the better now, right? I usually try to make it to SRCR a couple times a year to check things out and also to peek at the sprints. Hey Wheel21, looking forward to seeing you come to I-55! How do you like racing there compared to other tracks?

I'll be there for their playdate on the 27th.

I like it cause it's close to home! It's our fastest track. I wouldn't want to run it every week...well yes I would hehe. What I mean is at I-55 it's fun, fast, and roomy. But I also enjoy the smaller tracks like The Rock were it's more fender to fender racing. It's just we don't get to racing at I-55 but once maybe twice a year so I always really look forward to it. Plus the crowds are a lot bigger there...except when we run our feature last and the good majority has headed to the parking lot. Thats one thing I liked about MCS. We ran last and those fans stayed there and watched us run our feature. That meant alot to us drivers.

I've watched you guys run on smaller tracks like "the rock", it does get pretty exciting with everyone bunched up together. I think they should run your feature first, after all you are entitled to put on a show for a full house just like all the other classes. The only exception being the chance of inclement weather.

well of course. Even at the Rock on a regular night when we ran LM weekly. If it looked like weather was moving in, they'd run the LM's first. I understand that. I would like to run before the Mods or LM at I-55. There's not much track left to run on when they are done. It's pretty slick by time we get out there.

It's slick for anyone to race after the LM are through. Just look where the modifieds have to run when they race last, talk about pinching it against the wall. Some are pretty good at it and others, well I'll leave it at that.

Yeah but Rich likes it up there I think:D

I haven't seen any of us put it up against that wall. I was running right up against the wall at MCS in turns 3 & 4. Couldn't get the same run through 1 & 2 though. I was geared a little too high so that was my only hope. Had to keep it wound up.
