Yawn! It's boring in here again!

Your right, Rich loves the high side. He has tried the last couple of years to run low a little more but it doesn't seem to his car's likeing or maybe his likeing. He can run against the wall right with Weber and Walsh! That's pretty good company I'd say! :D

I haven't seen any of us put it up against that wall. I was running right up against the wall at MCS in turns 3 & 4. Couldn't get the same run through 1 & 2 though. I was geared a little too high so that was my only hope. Had to keep it wound up.

wound up to what 4500 on the tach more than that a chevy blows right bill???
 
Don't laugh. I was turning maybe 5100 rpms. It would get a great run off 4 but it was like climbing a hill off 2 and i lost everything i gained. Last year i was floating valves at 5800. And I turned more than that Monday night with no problem. :D But I'm not trying to turn the R's you boys are. It's not the same motor. So look out Smurf before I put some blue paint on your back bumper right before I pass you.:D
 
well Bill the ol Pimpto was turning 6500 with all "factory stock" parts:D H3ll at the rate I'm going now I might get to race about july of this year with the ghetto cruzier down it add one more project to fix!!oh did I say CHEVY P.O.S.

if you want a cheap fast bomber up to a modify you build a chevy
for parts avalibilty and price and all the extra goodies they make for a 350 chevy

in ministocks it is oppisite the FORD 2300 has more parts speacial parts and prices and you can't denie that!!

I f I do beat you mine is a stock motor nutting new on it except plugs wire and oil no Performance parts like your ol chevy:eek:
