Just heard from Zach today, he will skip the midget race at Angell Park on Saturday, but being the racer he is will return to the track on Sunday in the Silver Crown car at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds. Pretty tough cookie......

Local USAC and POWRi driver Zach Daum was taken to a local hospital after a violent flip at Angell Park Speedway this week-end. After being diagnosed with a mild concussion he was released and is currently at home recovering. Here's hoping it's a speedy one buddy, glad you're OK! Dennis
