07-08 Blues thread

I think Jackman is gone if the right deal comes along and that's a shame. I really thought he'd be an upper echalon D-man. He's still my fav. player and I named my black lab after him so I'd hate to see him leave. He's not worth 4 mil though. I think the Blues will be seller's again instead of buyer's. Things look bleak as far as the playoffs are concerned.
 
I have to say I think Brewer has stepped it up and Jackman has backed it off. If Jackman would have been hit like that back in december he would have been hitting anything that moved. Looks like hes saving himself for the dollars.
 
Yeah, that was almost as bad as Buffalo's goalie Clint Malarchuk getting sliced open by Steve Tuttle's skate. They had to stop the game for 15 min. just to scrape the blood up. Anyway it's the Blues and Kings tonight at the Scott. If there is a must win game (and every game from here on out is) tonights it. The Blues have called up another goalie to back up Manny tonight. Chris Beckford-Tseu makes his NHL debute tonight. Can't be anyworse than the other two. Yan Stastny might play due to Tkachuk having the flu. King will drop the gloves with Ivanans hopefully.
 
HUGEwin for the Blues last night. Now if we can string about five more in a row together, you never know. Rucinsky was a shot in the arm last night.
 
I'm not going Sunday so if anyone is intrested in my tickets let me know. The difference last night was those goals that we just cant seem to get in the net went in last night and for once every flukey chance they had didnt go in our net. I really dont think the Blues have been playing that badly they just couldnt catch any breaks.
 
my brother is checking with his wife. if he doesnt use them I can email them to you. It costs a few bucks to do it so you'll owe me a beer down the road at a race this year

The blues kick butt, but I can't stand Brewer. That guy is the biggest waste to EVER come to st. louis to play hockey. I went to the kings game the other night and he ****ed again as usual. GO BLUES
 
Huge win for the Blues tonight 5 points behind The Avalanche and Nashville lost tonight so we are 6 points behind them. We still have 2 games on hand.Saturday's game in another must win game.
