hey bleedblue

UMP wont and cant grow a set of nads....as dirtboy says.............due to.....and ive said this alot....they cant!!! They do and guess what? Nick will be out of business because every joe shmoe will be in his garage doing it with illegal chemicals and you want to talk about an enviromental disaster? Have you never heard of a track closing and having to have soils dug up due to preps.......not oil or gas......tire preps! One reason why some tracks stipulate if you get caught even with prep on yourself....your gone for good. Google it........read other track rules.....its all over and there is a reason.

I understand tires are just one of the big bills racing the class. But tire prepping is illegal........motors are not. Pretty much run anything you wish(stupid..but its true). If it where me(i know Sam is watching this thread) id put everyone on all A's...............have a gear rule each track..........run 9 to 1 motors only!!! Dont care if you run a 700 lift cam or turn it 9000 rpms. 9 to 1 motors will only do so much. Runa gear rule and keep the rpms under 7300........whole new ball game and the class will grow alot due to people will be able to afford it. Class needs to adjust to the times. Happened before.......needs it again

The 9:1 rule(2-Barrel carbs) works if TECH is a priority, but the gear rule is too difficult and expensive for tracks to police. I agree with your idea though.

how good is tire doping if at one track the team in question is unbeatable but another track they run fair

I'm thinking he is having to send out change of address cards now to his cheaters, ooopppps, I mean customers...
I guess not all tracks are worried about the epa,he operates his business on the fairgrounds at highland speedway!

Yes I am moving my shop to a decreat location. All tire drop offs and pick ups will be from my house only and then I will take them to the shop and bring them back to the house when they are done.

Before Jimmy acts like he knows everything and says I was kicked out because I didn't pay my bills, I'll squash that right now. That place was full if another company's junk and I got tired of it. I went to the fairgrounds and said I wasn't paying anything until it was cleaned up. Three months went by and nothing was done. I had $1200 in my pocket and told them they could have every bit of it if the stuff was removed and they decided that they just wanted me out. There are some who just have more pull than I do I guess.

I know the EPA is looking into me, and they will be coming to my shop and house, not worried a bit. I have every bit of MSDS, everything bottled correctly, everything disposed of correctly, and all my ducks are in a row. Nice try to whoever is trying to get me in trouble. I'm not breaking the law.

That's all we need...more government interaction in our lives!!! Obama has no business investigating this matter. The sanctioning body should have enough pull to handle this accordingly. However, I'm afraid, they are gutless as well!

I agree we don't need the government stepping in more.
If the sanctioning bodies won't do anything then they need to go to a open tire rue or go to the hardest tire maybe the soft tires. Or better yet make a tire that is going to last for more than one or two nights. i'm just a fan and don't want the sport i grew up watching go away in the near future.

I doubt anyone here directly got you being hunted down. You yourself got on a public forum...........told your whole story and people besides members watch certain things. Anyone else want to tell me the EPA doesnt care about the little stuff??

This Nick Gieseking low-life is racing's equivalent of a drug dealer who sells drugs to kids. He has no morals whatsoever and is proud of what he does, when he should be ashamed. I applaud Jimmy Dearing for busting his chops. Hopefully, he will be put out of business before long.

I think Nick better put some of the tire prep on the bottom of his shoes!! That way they last longer from all the running and moving he is gonna be doing.

This is really hilarious! I don't have a dog in this fight, however, Nick is just a guy who's open about what he does. There are hundreds of people who help racers cheat in multiple ways. They just aren't honest about it. So he is and so what! He isn't like a drug dealer to kids, he's selling a product to grown adults who know the consequences. The consequences are the racers to take. Nothing about what Nick does is illegal. You guys keep throwing the EPA card down and as I've stated before the EPA doesn't like anti-freeze, they don't like used motor oil, they don't like freon or battery acid. The list could go on. It's how you dispose of the product that matters. If he disposes of it correctly then so be it! If the racer does that's up to them. If he's moving his shop WHO CARES!?

thats right, and his disposal is selling it to guys who have ONE AND ONLY ONE use for it. RUNNING INTO THE DIRT AT AREA TRACKS. i would think the epa would like to get in on that side of it, not only the making of it

And this is different than a motor blowing oil all over the track or a rear end breaking and grease blowing all of the track, how?! It happens, and I'm sure a LOT less tire dope is on the dirt. It soaks into the tire. It's not liquid shooting all over the dirt.

I had a van in my work repairing A/C and Heating for almost 25 years and maybe 6 times in those years an EPA guy came on the job I was on and checked my truck (and the whole job)and I had to come up with the MSDS sheets for EVERYTHING he found and explain what I did with each item and what I did with the empty containers When I couldn't find 1 MSDS sheet the company I was working for at the time got a $2500.00 fine in the mail and I got a new job
No I don't work on ANY A/C Heating now I'm retired

yes, it is different than that. his product has one and only one purpose or use. so they can go after his product for that fact alone.

LOL What?! Motor oil has one purpose as well, so does rear end grease, and anti-freeze?? His tire has a purpose, to soften the tire to get more life out of it. This product isn't making drivers win races. I don't get your point?
