MCS Is Being Sued as "PUBLIC NUISANCE"

The post by George Depper was removed at the request of George Depper himself. He said it was a misunderstanding and it was taken care of.

How do you know that the post is a lie? Did you talk to the guy about the post? Maybe the guy and his wife didn't get paid maybe they did. I don't belive that he would post it if it wasn't true. But this thread isn't about someone not getting paid it about the lawsuite.

The reason Mel is probably not putting out a statement on here is that they are in the middle of a lawsuit and the lawyers will probably want to review and edit anything he says on the subject. They do not do that type of work for free and I would rather have Mel spend his money on winning the suit in court instead of spending it on a PR message for all of us on a bulletin board. Regardless of what is going on behind the scenes, I think most of us can agree that suing a MCS as a public nuisance after it went through all of the proper channels to be built, had the opportunity for public input before being approved, and then has operated well within the law is pretty slimy. If there is some other issue between all of them, file a suit on those grounds instead of filing a frivolous nuisance lawsuit (especially after loosing other nuisance suits in the past few years). I would love to see someone put up the money for Mel to afford to file a counter-suit.

Its kind of funny that when i post anything on this thread..i get a negative rep from someone(whom..i know who it is..since he does this right after reading a post on here). Pathetic but harmless to me. I wont stoop to your level because im a better person. too bad you cannot respect someones opinion, especially when the opinions are not lies..but thoughts and comments.

See..the post was here..yes..but was made by a misunderstanding and has been taken care of. No disgruntled announcer now..oh..wait we do have a track worker out there mad too..lol. As the dirt flies..so does the...........uh....threads

I didnt say specifically it was a lie. I said..lie or a misunderstandng which apperently it was and the post was removed. George is a super guy..and i wish him the best. I thought there was something weird about that.

Have you ever considered medication for your negative attitude..towards anything that is said but you wished it wasnt? My brain is fine and what i said..was eventually made to be truthful. Go ahead and bash Kevin some more..lol. Bashing the wrong person.
 
LOL The man didnt get paid neither did his wife, he went on to say that he or his wife (dont remember) even loaned a jacket to tammy and didnt get it back either. After weeks of being ignored and getting no response he posted the story. Now as we all know once it hit the site I’m sure something was done. Jimmy said George ask that it be removed, the sad part is he had to post something in the first place to get what he was owed. Dont think he was mistaken that he had not gotten paid, I would say it was finally taken care of and he decided to remove his post as he felt that was appropriate. But as now proven, everything I said was true. I posted what I read, you as usual went on about how it wasn’t true and are wrong again. Seams to be a repetitive thing!!!! It all goes to character if you dont get it.

PS: You cant leave the same person feedback multiple times apparently it must be more then 1 person that feels the same way about your post.

Was juz curious if there was any word on the whole situation with MCS?
It seems to be that alot of things are hearsay or rumors. Didnt know if there was any new cold hard facts or if it was still in a run around state.

Not to mention the other 2 negative rep's and they didnt leave their name. At least if i leave someone a rep...i dont hide. I tell them who i am..in the response. Tell them why i left them something.
