I must be in dreamland. After Grooverider posted his original post about Jim Moon he questions the moderator "rushing to judgement". Lmao.
 
this post was not meant to point fingers again as i said i was trying to let people know whether fans in the stands or drivers enough time to make other plans

What post did I make about Jim moon? All I have ever said is people seem quick to point the finger with only hearing 1 side of the story.

Fronted some of the money. Ask Casey and Jim what they sacrificed. It's more than anyone would believe. I know what Jim has In it and I got a pretty good idea what Casey did.

Yes, Randy is a common denominator ! What else is common, 2 ex-drivers thinking they can be promoters? It is obvious Randy is a businessman with the investment at stake, and fronting the money. Yes both promotors may have pennies on the dollar invested compared to Randy, amounts are none of anyone's business. From my understanding Moon was calling the game this year, and cxled sat. Because rain sprinkle an low attendance in the stands while Randy was still working on track. Randy is a honest family man and I am sure he will make things right with the drivers and all. I was there 2 weeks ago and saw some great racing 2-3-4 wide racing. Oh beer is nice to have once in a while, however do we need liquid courage at a family oriented show when tempers tend to flare without beer. My hat is off to the Matlock family for trying to give us all a track to race at least for awhile.

This is Alan... if you all think that Randy is a good guy then he has you fooled I talked to him after the races Saturday when he cancelled to discuss why they canceled. He told me to my face it was not Jim's decision or choice it was his. He got in my face and was yelling. I said he lost two late models and that alot more where leaving cause of randys choice. He told me to my face " he did not care and he did not need us drivers at his track and could go other places if we dident like his choice" the last time I've looked drivers bring fans... he is a bad man in my eyes and he made me see it when he got in my face let alone me as a drivers face for simply asking why he canceled... he dont care about us drivers or the well being of the track. Jim put his ass on the line and has been bashed the hell out of and hung in with all you people blamming it on him.. Jim did not yell at me when I asked about cancelling he gave me a reason in a professional voice. Unlike randy.
 
what should have happened in my eyes but i dont own it was have a drivers meeting and explain how the track went to slushy on top and tell every driver if were gonna race every car is going on tghe track to run it in and yes it would have took everyone the racing would have started later but if everyone did there part with their cars it would have been a fast track after that
 
Problem was Randy was looking for any reason he could to cancel or in my opinion hurt the racers. Randy had us fooled. A little over a year ago I would have been echoing johnnydirt. But soon before the first race I had questions weather he had a heart for this. And soon after the first show I saw Jim get his leadership roll be taken away. Was it because of ego or intentionally making bad decisions. Only Randy knows.

I think moon did all he could and I have much respect for what he tried to do but that dumb sob would and did under mind everything moon tried to do and I think that's a bunch of bull sh#t the way randy handled week in and week out just saying sad sad sad
