King you are not the only person she can't answer. I have asked a couple of times how not smoking in a restaurant is wrong but its ok not to smoke in a bank, wal-mart or a court house.

This is starting to get out of hand. A few people are trying to belittle a couple others & it just isn't right. Someone will end up...well....

bolo...you need to learn to type without using the "pit language". You can express yourself coherently with decent, usable, acceptable words, now can't you? Your argument is weakened by your choices of words. You're going to lose your voice on here soon.
 
I know!! You are right about that one. I had deleted my post and chose not to argue as I really get to stressed about it. But ' For some reason my GOOFY BUTT just had to take another look. When I did Well lets just say it was a good thing the pc was between us. I have been playing nice and that is VERY hard for me to do.As I am one that the shirt goes well with " doesn't play well with others" But ' when I am still being picked on and I have deleted and got out of it. Man that just strikes me wrong!! This will be my last post on this no matter what his goofy butt has to say as I just do not need the stress.Thanks for keeping me in check :)

Holy cow all of this over a stupid smoking ban. Good thing they didn't ban our freedom of speech.

What I do find funny is that when a question is asked that no one can answer it.

It has been asked what rights have been taken away?
It has also been asked why is it ok that smokers can't smoke in a bank a court house or wal-mart but its not ok that a smoker can't smoke in a restaurant.

As a smoker shouldn't they be allowed to smoke wherever they want to? If I want to lite up in the Bank why can't I?

What rights have been taken away you ask? Well every time i make a post someone takes it out of tex so in order to keep things cool I can't even speek. So there for my right to free speach is shot to he**

Well Kent thanks for trying. Your "right" to smoke where ever you want has been taken away is not true. The places you can smoke has been limited but people can still smoke. Smoking is not a "right" so to speak.

You can still smoke in your car. You can smoke outside and you can smoke in your home. Like I said before why is it ok that you can not smoke in a bank court house or any store but it is not ok that you cannot smoke in a bar or restaurant?

So much for going to bed. that is a trick question with only one answer.
It is NOT OK (in Ill) to smoke in a bank / court house or any store including a bar or restaurant.
Boy everyone acts like the world just came to an end. In the case of the smoking band I wish it would all end here then this would all be over. but thats ok if that was to happen then someone would wine that Babb was out of Moyers car. Let me go take a look there be back soon. No on the other hand lets finsh this. There I'm done with this tread it's geting very old, with no real answers. By time someone gets the trick questions answered to peoples likeing the 2008 race season will be over. Got to get Bryan's car readyto race' no more time for this nonsence, carry on good luck:D

Ok Kent I will let you live in your own little world. Only for a min. Cause in all 50 state you can not smoke in a bank or a court house or a store so in a state like MO why is it ok that I can't smoke in those places but not in restaurants?
