Hound you are so stupid. How the heck can you sit here and complain that there isnt going to be any "big boys" here and that you are all sad and depressed bc of that. Then in the same thread you say that someone will be cherry picking??? You are out of this world stupid. You make some of the dumbest comments on here. Better believe you will prob be the first one in line on the 17th though. How bout ya just give it a rest for once and be grateful for what we have in the area. I know i am.
 
birky races smart. kinda like moyer. why drive 6 hrs past a 10000 show. you would need to finish pretty dang good a batesville to get 10000. same as his schedule has tri city for the lucas race. he has always went to wheatland the next night but this year there is a 10000 show at 34 raceway he is going to, which is in his backyard.....sounds like smart choices if you ask me........

The summer nationals have open dates built in. But Ray only wants to run on saturdays. So he is causing only a few dates too choose from. Yes they rescheduled. But paid too see moyer wallace culp wood etc. I now have to psy $28 to see god knoes who. I would much rather be given the option to use my ticket for the pepsi nationals. I have not seen that ican do that,maybe jimmy can help with that info. If you paid for a ticket with the big thunderstorms on the door step, then that is your own fault. I never purchased a ticket (just sat in the car), because it was pretty obvious that it was likely to get rained out.
 
The ignore feature on this forum is a wonderful thing. Click on someone's user name. A screen pops up. On the upper right of that screen it says "ignore". Click on ignore and that poster disappears!
I enjoy a good discussion, and think an intelligent debate can be beneficial, but some of the stuff that is posted just makes you wonder about a few people's mental capacity.

Pops, you are right and it seems like it is getting worse every year. Those will be the same people that won't be able to figure out why tracks close when they do. I wish some of these guys and gals could run a track for a month just to see what really goes into running a track. I believe after the second week most of them would quit or at least would gain respect for those that do it every week. It's not easy when you work your azz of all week to get everything ready for race night and then you look up at the stands and know before you even start you are going to lose money or at the end of the night you have to listen to some come up and complain because the felt like they got screwed on a call. And yes some nights a call may not go their way but, the next week it might but, they never bring that up. Sometimes calls go for and some times they go against you.
 
Jimmy, you're not saying that Ray decided to NOT have the race because of a few people on here? Are you?
