Tricity rules meeting big turnout

I think the key to this class is tech, at brownstown last year they had 9 different winners in 14 nights, if you ran top 3 you got teched, as the season went on and people saw this the class grew, every night you could through a blanket over the top 5, very good , close racing

If any of you we're at the B-Mod shows we had last year, they we're competitive all the way through the field. With the different weight's the racing was pretty darn equal. That's what we tried to accomplish with the set of rules we came up with. Anybody that raced within 100 miles was able to come and race and be competitive. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Hey its a start to multiple track options to run every weekend! If the big cube/4 link cars are blowing us away hopefully KG will make the necessary changes.

I can't wait for the season to start!

you know there has been a lot of talk about rules , different # BREAKS but I havnt heard any thing about how this is going to be done , if you need your weight on car, and if so what if you get caught trying to cheat the weight break ect, I mean there is 2400# option up to2600# right

Funny thing is.....whoever ends up dominating the b class probably won't have the biggest motor or the newest car. Probably won't have the most $ either. It's gonna be the guy who makes no excuses and races to win. Just like the A mod class. Long doesn't have the most money or biggest motor. He's just there to do a job. And he does it well. This post is full of ones who squat when they pee.
As far as 3 link vs 4 link...running a suspension that you understand is the advantage.

B Mod started out as a 3 link class,,,some how some tracks has done what they want and good old UMP never steps up and stops it,,,Sorry to say,,but I believe the B Mod class is already in trouble....

With all the conversation on here about the motor rule here is my thought. yes I think a 360 cube rule would and should be the law. Crate with a 4bbl? Well I hate the crate motors since it seems the people with the dollars just buy them and take them to engine shops to be "tweaked" and ends up costing them almost twice as much as they spent in the first place. Read the articles being written in the sports magazines. Pretty much backs up what im saying. Not to mention you have to change springs (3 races you should.......6 races your asking for a broken spring) at 300 dollars a pop(yes there are replacements cheaper.....but they are not GM stamped nor approved!) and that cost adds up. But I do agree with Kevin's argument. Hey lets just not tech motors and let them build what they want. Your only going to do so much through a 2 bbl holley. I don't care if its a 355 versus a 406. On a 2 bbl I could run with the 406's. Its more about driving the equipment you bring to the track. You cannot stop the ones with the big bucks from spending money on things like low friction bearings for a quick change......who knew right? Its crazy but stuff like that all adds up to speed on the track. Just do the best with what you can afford and have fun! If this argument keeps up it will sound sooooo much like the current sportsman class problem and look at where that class is going.

Racin 90. You get it. If this keeps up Tri City won't run B-Mods. We've had NO problems with the rules over the past 2 years we've ran B-Mods with the same rules and had a good car count. Guys decide, do you want another place to run or not?

That was the official end this conversation post or you can't come play with us ha ha classic haven't you ever heard there is no such thing as bad publicity

Relax jet as long as you have a good car count there will be b mods its winter they know that people are just bored an expect a little complaining every racer does it its in our nature

all i want to know is if i can run e85 in a b-mod at tri-city? what does everybody else think about e85 in the bmod class?
