07-08 Blues thread

we have 3 games in hand on Nashville. I am one of Brewers biggest critics but I have to say he has played pretty well lately. But what the H with Jackman, hes turning into a real jack---. He turned the puck over that almost cost us a goal. If the commentators are saying that Murray wants the guys to do this and that then I dont understand why theyre not. If I was the coach and I told them to shoot the puck more and they didnt I would be wacking them with a stick every time they sit on the bench, and probably would keep them there. Hopefully Hinotes injury isnt serious, that guy plays harder than just about everyone on the team. He doesnt care how big they are he hits everyone.
 
Now if the boy's can string together some wins. Nice assist by King with McClement putting in the rebound. Saturday's game against the Preds is big.
 
Huge Huge Huge win tonight. Colorado, Calgary, and Nashville losing tonight sure helped. Blues are now 3 points out of 8th and 6 points out of 7th. Hope they keep it up a win on Tuesday against the Hawks would be great, well not only for the points but because I will be there.
 
Got to give the Blues credit, they're not just going to roll over and die. I think they might be after a back-up goalie before the trade deadline. So Legace go's, so the Blues go. Tonights game against the Hawks is huge for both teams so I look for a playoff type game tonight.
 
we are in 309 also about 5 rows from the top. Just look for the blue yellow and white dreads you cant miss us. I have sat in other seats and while you are up there a bit if you came to watch the game you can see everything. The closer seats are nice as long as the game is right in front of you. We are going to move down a bit for next year or even go plaza high ends. Got my season ticket renewal and playoff vouchers the other day, definately wont be as cheap as this year. Great game tonight. Now on to Thursday, Friday, and Sunday's games are must win games. Either way the out come of the Flames Coyotes doesn't help the Blues unless they both get points.
 
If the Blues can play the rest of the season with the same intensity as they did against the Hawks, they'll make the playoffs. The two guy's that impressed me last night were Barret Jackman and Erik Johnson. Those two were jumping up into the play all night w/o getting caught out of position. It's about time Jackman get's out of his funk and start's doing something although I'm thinking he'll be traded. We need to go on the road Thursday and beat up on the Kings now and keep it going.
 
How bout my boy Hinote dropping the gloves 2 seconds in. The ref gave us one last night finally after they blew about 3 calls. I really liked the one where they gave Backase a penalty for pulling the 3rd guy off our guy in the crease and we ended up with the penalty. Hopefully the boys didnt use up all their goals the last 2 nights. That was a great win last night hopefully they have the rythum back they had at the beginning of the year. GO BLUESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
The Blues were awesome last night. The power play is clicking, and if we stay with a tight hitting game, we can definately win alot of games.
 
Looks like the Blue used up a lot of there goals the last couple of games. Oh well you can't win them all. Hopefully tomorrow nights game will be better.
 
The Blues resign Jackman for 4 years. I know alot of people don't care for Barret, but I'm realy happy he'll be a Blue for years to come. I'd like to see him pick up the intensity in his game though. Toivenen was recalled and Beckford-Tseu was sent to Peoria. I look for the the Blues to move McKee (New Jersey?) today and maybe Backman.
 
Now maybe Jackman wont save himself anymore and start playing like he did at the first of the year, we need some wins.
 
The Blues just aquired hometown boy Cam Janssen from the Devils for Bryce Salvador. If the Blues have King and Janssen in the line up together, they might not win many games but they'll win all their fights.:D
 
I have one ticket available for tonight, if someone wants to meet me down there or I'm stopping at bryan Rd and 70 at about 5:30 to 5:45 to pick up someone else you can hop in
