07-08 Blues thread

Jimmy,
Haven't looked at it yet, but the radio is advertising the heck out of STUBHUB.COM

Last nights game was awsome. They were playing real hockey. The only problem I saw was once the Blues got their 3rd goal they started floating and the ducks came right back and scored on them. The Blues have what it takes to get it done as long as they play 60 minutes. Anybody else notice Pronger staying out of trouble last night?

WE LOVE THE BLUES HERE TOO!!! we need to get a group to go. we went one year 20 people for $20 a ticket.. I think they are $30 now though. that was a blast. You know what I hate though is when the Blues seem to get left out by the news channels they will do like 3 min on the loosing Rams but only do 30 seconds on the winning Blues. And the same with the cardinals. I am a cards fan too, but my true love is hockey....GO BLUES..

Ticketmaster has 2 for 1 Tuesdays for select games. I think they are 21 dollar seats. Thats another thing there were as many people there Tuesday night as there were for Saturday games last year.

I agree on the news they never give the Blues much time.

Getting a group together sounds great. I'm always looking for someone to go to the hockey game with. My hubby works nights so he can't go to many games. Lets do it. GO BLUES!!!!!!

Actually, the $20 is'nt a bad price along with the ticket. I can get more than my money's worth by just drinking beer.:D It's the Blues and Jackets tonight. Go Blues!

@ 8.75 for a 24 oz beer and 7.75 for an 16 oz beer I agree the 20 dollar deal is awesome. I was there Tuesday night at the fights and guess what a hockey game broke out. Not only did Pronger stay out of trouble Lee stempniak kept taking the puck away from him the only one he kept hitting was Walt

Anyone watch the game tonight. The last goal the Jackets got was a bull sh*t call. Ok maybe he did hook him but to just award a goal like that. he should have been given a penalty shot.

I wouldn't even call that hook!! That was a great stick lift but he touched his glove so it was a goal? That is lame, this is hockey not chess!!!!!!!!!

My boy does that every game and never even gets a penelty because it is a great defensive move.

I don't even think he meant to touch his glove. With this rule now is place they are going to have to put in place a rule about a player making there glove touch the stick. You know like the tripping, diving rule.

That's Buttman's "new NHL' for ya. I guess the win against the Ducks the other night must've took it out of the boys' last night because they did'nt have that much jump.
