Kentucky Lake making the decision to cut pay after August 1

The point is they have 4 classes on a graduating level they charge the same no matter what evening it is hint hint no get to the gate with any surprises not having 2 or three classes that are very close in speed the only thing different is the looks

I have no problem with a track charging more when they have a bigger race. And like I said just because something works at one track does not mean it's going to work at another track. And I mean for the promoter, fans or the drivers.

Times have changed and the days off the tracks selling out for a weekly show are long gone. Some track may still sell out or close to it but, they are far a few between.

late model point leader gets 7500 bucks and maybe a new chassis ,with all the media we have today their should be no excuse

And like I said some tracks can't afford to give that much out. Yes if they were sold out every week they probably could do the exact same thing but, like I said those days are long gone for lost tracks. Yes is there a few that could do the things oakshade does sure but, like I said they are far and few between. But, listen I have no clue about this racing business so, my opinion is just that my opinion. You seem to know so much more then others so, I would hope they take your word over mine.

of course not you work at it . just use common sense do you think tracks like Eldora just out the blue a big success of course not, Earl worked his butt off to make a success if you don't you won't

Lets see what tracks dump UMP next year...... from what I'm hearing there are several tracks talking about dropping UMP

Dropping UMP sanctioning will not have an immediate impact on car counts anywhere. Its going to take owners, promoters, and racers a few years of doing it independently and FAIRLY for car counts to rebound. Notice I said FAIRLY. If a promoter does drop UMP and doesn't enforce rules, increase payouts, and begin cost cutting measures, then whats the point? I worry about tracks going independent, because it cant be just anyone, its gotta be the right person that's gonna stick to their guns and not give in to the deep pockets. If not, the independent will fail and no one will try the venture for fear of losing their @$$
