Outstanding job to the #3S LM Brian Shirley saturday night. What a battle in the feature on the bottom he and Dixon had going until I believe Shirley spun, went to the back of the field, came back to finish a strong 5th place. It was great to see one of the non-regulars come in and entertain us...
I just wanted to say congratulations to the #30 sportsman driver Mike Nicholson last night on his 2nd place finish in the feature at SFCR! I believe he started in the 12th position and patiently picked his spots working his way through the field. It was great to see one of the Pevely regulars go...
I'm really looking forward to the summer nationals tonight at pevely, if the weather holds off, . Well, who's it gonna be tonight? I'd sure like to see one of our local guys pull out a victory but it looks like it's gonna take a near perfect setup and a lot of luck to beat O'neal...
Wow! Looks like O'neal is bound and determined to blow the SN tour away. All these other racer's better figure something out pretty quick or O'neal is going to be a pretty wealthy man when it's all said and done. Does anyone have anything for him this year?
This class has improved so much over the past three or four years, by improved I mean level of competion throughout the field. For example last night, any one of the top eleven finishers in the feature could have won that race if they were in the right position, heck just a few years ago Paul...
I can't believe the difference in the weather from yesterday to today. Last night everyone was scrambling for a place to go racing and tonight it looks like smooth sailing for everyone. What's the weather for today, 78 degrees, no humidity, and SUNNY, NO RAIN!! I know it gets frustrating for...
Just thought I'd drop a note to everyone that both of these drivers were at I-55 saturday night, I believe it was the first trip of the season for both. The Kid started toward the back of his heat race and didn't fare so well while Kenny started on the front row of his heat and never looked...
Ray Walsh broke in the heat race, looked like a A-frame maybe, worked there tails off to get the car fixed, won the 2nd semi, started 22nd position in the feature and finished 6th!!! Outstanding job by these guys, and what a drive by Ray! :D
What part of the post race inspection did Ed and Buddy Lowery fail in BOTH there cars last night in the sportsman division at I-55? Does anyone know what happened?
I wasn't able to attend I-55 last night so could someone explain what happened to Dixon in the feature? I see he started in the front but finished 17th or 18th I believe.
Great job on your 7th place finish at I-55! I wasn't able to attend as I saw the results. I know the "bad luck bug" has bitten you before at Pevely, so good to see things going YOUR way this time. Good luck the rest of the season! ;)
I wasn't able to make it to I-55 last night so could someone tell me what happened to #59 modified Rich Whaley in the feature. I see he should have started 3rd in the feature but he finished 20th. What happened?
Just a few thoughts regarding the races last night at Fredricktown. Excellent! I attended for the first time since last year and I have to say I was impressed with the way the entire program was run. The track held up great right through all of the features, we started on time and were done by...
Just curious who all plans on racing at "THE ROCK" tonight? Sure would be great to see a number of cars with the larger payouts, and the weather looks fantastic! I'll be attending for the first time this year tonight, looking forward to a great night of racing. :D
Could someone please tell me what time the gates open and what time the races start on Friday nights. I don't get to go Friday's much because I usually work but I'd like to make a trip to THE ROCK next friday to check things out. Thanks.
